Returns Policy

We say that most product may be returned if it is in the condition that it may be resold.  Product MUST remain unopened and in new condition for returns to be accepted. New, unopened merchandise can be returned within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Celta Tools will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (such as an incorrect or defective item).  Otherwise return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Equipment may not be returned. All equipment must be taken to the approved warranty facility for repair.

Returns are subject to inspection upon return. In the event of temperature sensitive items being returned, a complete assessment of the product is to be taken into account including weather, shipping means, etc.

Returns will be processed within four weeks of you sending the product back. In most cases the return may be received much quicker.  This time limit includes the transit time for us to receive the package back from the transport company (5 – 10 business days), the assessment of the product and the time it takes us to process the return(2 – 3 business days)  and the time it takes your bank to process our refund  (5 to 10 business days).
